SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality

Are you interested in developing your hospitality skills?

Tomaree Community College is pleased to be able to offer the SIT30616 Certificate III in Hospitality starting again in February 2019.

This course will be run 2 days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) for 16 weeks, with a focus on developing knowledge and hands on skills in the Food and Beverage environment.

Not only will you be able to obtain qualifications, but you will also get behind the scenes knowledge, speak to and be coached by industry professionals, visit potential employers and gain actual hands on experience through the use of our training Restaurant and Bar.

Some of the subjects covered will be:

  • RSA
  • RCG
  • Cocktails
  • Restaurant Service
  • Legal obligations and responsibilities
  • Communication

This course will suit those who are interested in the Hospitality industry and looking to nationally recognised qualifications.

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government for those who satisfy the eligibility criteria.
