This general Hatha Yoga class is suitable for all ages, from beginners through to the more experienced.

This class offers a combination of pranayama (breath), asanas (poses) and guided meditations, assisting you to explore a more balanced and centered lifestyle.

Fee: $96.00 ($12 per session)
Dates: Monday 18th and 25th February + 4th, 11th 18th and 25th March +1st and 8th April 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Tuesday 19th and 26th February + 5th, 12th 19th and 26th March +2nd and 9th April 9:30am – 10:30am
