This class offers a combination of pranayama (breath), asanas (poses) and guided meditations, assisting you to explore a more balanced and centered lifestyle.

Dates: Mondays starting 6th May till 24th June (8 weeks)

Time: 9:45am – 10:45am OR 5:30pm – 6:30pm
