Are you wanting to expand your skills to disability support?
This online course provides several ways to achieve this. If you already have your Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support, then this online skillset will provide you with training in the Group B Disability Specialisation units allowing you to achieve the CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
OR if you simply want to work or volunteer for those with a disability, then this training will assist you in providing effective support.

This course is delivered online and can commence any time with up to 3 months from enrolment to complete. Your practical assessments will take place in your current workplace and will be assessed by our trainer.
This training is subsidised by the NSW Government for those who satisfy the eligibility criteria.

USI unique Student Identifier number
The USI will be available online and at no cost to you. The USI will stay with you for life and be recorded with any nationally recognised VET course that is undertaken from 1st January 2015.
Why do I need a USI?
You may need to provide evidence of your academic achievements, for example when applying for a job or to undertake further study.
Everyone undertaking nationally recognised VET courses will need to have a USI to receive their statement of attainment or qualification.
Your USI must be provided to Tomaree Community College before you can receive a statement of attainment or qualification. Tomaree Community College will not be allowed to issue your certificate unless we have your USI recorded.
This skill set is for people working in various care and support roles in the community services sector who wish to develop skills in providing person centred support to people with disability.

Upon completion of this course, These units provide credit towards a range of qualifications in the CHC Community Services Training Package at Certificate III or Certificate IV level.
